Denver Wedding by Fresh In Love Photography

Get ready to spend the rest of your day whistling love songs and skipping about, because this next wedding by Fresh In Love Photography is so positively cheerful, it’s contagious.  I suspect it has something to do with the sunny color scheme (Love!) and the ultra adorable details. (Scrabble tiles, anyone?) Whatever the reason, I have a spring in my step that wasn’t quite there before!  So, put a smile on your face and your best skippin’ shoes and head on over to the gallery for even more happy details!

From the Bride… Mike and I wanted our wedding to be a representation of who we are as a couple. An ideal day to us would be one spent with friends and family, just hanging out and having great food, and we wanted our wedding to be exactly this. We wanted a relaxed atmosphere where our loved ones would feel comfortable, well-fed and free to have a good time! When we came upon Mile High Station, and was love at first sight. We had very minimal decorations because the building has so much beauty, character and history all one it’s own. As for the soundtrack to our day, Mike and I are music fanatics, and we spent a good deal of time obsessing over our song selections and cocktail hour music.

Mike and I’s first look was probably my most treasured memory from our wedding day. Every emotion hit me all at once, and I had the tears to prove it! Walking towards him felt like coming home. Another part of the wedding that I loved was the fact that our friends and family worked so hard to help put everything together. There isn’t one aspect of the wedding that doesn’t have the fingerprint of someone we love in it. The Bride/Father and Groom/Mother dance also meant so much. My dad reminded me that when I was younger, I used to tell him that I would never get married so that I could stay with him forever. Overall, I just loved having all those people we love under one roof, knowing that whether they drove a couple blocks or flew a couple thousand miles, they were there to celebrate with us.

Weddings run into hiccups and glitches, and mine was no exception, but in the end I married the man I love in front of the people I love. What could be better?
