Nothing says Spring like loads of fresh florals and a palette of airy pastels and this Australia wedding is bringing both to the SMP table. Girl Friday Weddings crafted an easy, breezy affair full of fun, vintage details and the bride even got in on the act. This glovelette wearing Australian beauty was responsible for all of the flower adornments. Pretty impressive, no? I don’t think this wedding could possibly be more sunny, more carefree or more adorable. Eat it all up in the gallery.

And if you are in the mood for some lovely film watching then you must, must take a little time to view this pretty ditty put together by Moudanier Pictures. It is equally as lovely as its wedding counterpart.
From the Bride… Brett and I met in June of 2006 at a local soccer match in our home town. We were absolutely inseperable from that moment on and he proposed 3 years later while we were enjoying a holiday together in Japan. Because both of us are young, free spirited individuals we wanted our wedding to reflect our fun loving nature and to be more like a huge party rather than a formal celebration.
Brett was the most amazing groom ever! And he had input into every facet of the day and helped out in absolutely every capacity. I still remember him waking me up at 6am to drive to the flower markets the day before the wedding. And him helping me tie ribbons, cut stems and assemble flower arrangements on our living room floor. Those were the moments I thought ‘I so can’t wait to marry you!’
We drew inspiration from vintage styling mixed with fresh, fun colours. We weren’t too concerned with everything matching, hence why we asked our bridal party members to choose their own attire. I also hadn’t set my sights on any particular flowers to include in the wedding, instead, I gathered a trunk load of flowers I just loved on the day I visited the markets with Brett. My wedding styling was also largely attributed to my shopping addiction – etsy! Being able to incorporate so many handmade elements was really important to us.Overall I remember my day being a celebration of love party with all of our favourite people invited. Now, reflecting on the day, it was truly perfect and definately our favourite day ever.
