If romance had a hometown it would be Provence, France. Quaint, historical and oozing with beauty and romance. The perfect location for Aimee and Gary to celebrate their wedding and their amour. The architecture of the 13th century church were they got married simply gave me shivers. As did the fashion forward bridesmaid dress and classic wedding décor all captured with perfect European flair by Jodie Chapman Photography. So magnifique! Oh so much more from this chic wedding, right here. xoxo Chantale from La Belle Bride

The wedding according to Jodie Chapman…
Aimee & Gary’s beautiful wedding took place in Provence, France. Though they were born and bred in England, they now live in Singapore and so felt that England wasn’t the right place for them to get married. Also their priorities included good food, wine and climate, and England didn’t really make the cut. So after a lot of searching, they happened upon the beautiful La Coquillade, a venue that provided accommodation as well as having its very own vineyard. Boxes ticked!
The ceremony was held in a beautiful 13th Century church in the picturesque village of Ménerbes. Not only did the church provide beautiful colours and light (the light, oh the light!), but it sits atop a hill that gives stunning views of the surrounding landscape. After the guests enjoyed their own mini bottles of champagne after the ceremony, the celebrations moved to the venue with a cocktail reception on the terrace. The food was truly amazing ~ course after course arrived of the most gorgeous food imaginable.
