When I thought of our wedding I wanted our family and friends to walk away from it all just as happy as we were. My goal was to have great authentic southern food, cold drinks and a live band to make our guests feel comfortable and relaxed. Our venue, attire, and decor helped us achieve our other goal, to create a classic, antique and elegant environment that reflected our style and taste. The Ribault Club is a beautiful clubhouse set on 100 acres that was established in 1928. It gave us the complete package we were looking for. It had that historical charm, wonderful architecture and amazing waterfront views, we barely needed to do any decorating at all. Our colors (black, ivory, and white) and a lot of our table decor being from local antique shops helped give our modern wedding an antique vibe.
