What better way to round out the week than with one last engagement shoot from the Eternal City of Rome! From what I've read (because I have no first-hand knowledge!), all one has to do is glance around to see why the city has always attracted so many "lovers"! From young children running thru the streets holding hands, to the madly-in-love leaning against a lamp post. Apparently the old adage "you've never lived until you've loved in Rome" is alive and well ...
And lucky for us, some guys just get that!
After Wilson proposed to Camille on a trip to Rome, he decided to email David Wittig, a photographer he had just met a few months earlier at a friend's wedding. He wanted to surprise Camille with an engagement photo shoot, to capture one of the most special times in their lives! And so they flew Dave to Rome for one day to shoot their e*session! Wow!
Talk about romantic! They spent all day shooting ~ in the subway, the train station, at the EUR building and in some of the classic Roman spots ...
from Dave ... We had perfect weather, and spent the whole day shooting literally all over the city. In selecting our locations I tried to avoid a lot of the tourist cliches, and sought to depict the Rome I've known and experienced: an active, vibrant, and a ridiculously romantic city.
Congratulazioni!
