It's a well known fact that if a couple chooses not to have their wedding documented with video/film, it's usually their #1 regret. Of course you are not going to want to watch it every day, but your wedding film tells more of the story than just your photos will - especially the incorporation of the audio. (who wouldn't want to see and hear their vows again?). There's a distinct difference between a poorly produced, techie based, documentary and a cinematic film. Our goal at Elysium is to document each event accurately and bring accross the couple's personality, love for each other, as well as the feel for the event in a short film. What most couples tell us is that they can't believe how it makes them feel when watching it, how much they love seeing a the little moments that they missed on their "surreal" wedding day, and how their friends and family actually ENJOY watching it (and want to see it again and again!)
