Nothing screams sweet summer love like a Volkswagen bus and a glowing couple. We happen to adore this combination in all of its laid-back glory. Shot by Erin Jean Photography, this wedding is equal parts DIY (even the groom got involved in the crafting!) and lovely Wisconsin woodsiness. And the best part that is sure to make all of the grooms out there insanely envious – it was held at the Hinterland Brewery in Green Bay. Now that is casual elegance at its best. You can find more from this easy, breezy day in the gallery so get clicking.

Elizabeth and Jake had the most amazing wedding. It took place at intimate, upscale restaurant in Green Bay, Wisconsin called Hinterland. They choose it because of the decor but mostly for the wonderful food. Elizabeth and Jake did almost all the decor themselves. They really had a breathtaking, do it yourself, wedding! Jake cut birch trees from the woods and drilled holes for flowers and candles into hundreds and hundreds of them. They also gathered vintage spoons from antique stores. Bended, drilled and beaded each one to serve as a recipe card holder (name card) at the wedding. The details were everywhere!!! A family friend did the flowers and Elizabeth collected vintage pieces for a while and had them displayed all over.
