For all you up-and-coming winter brides, this one’s for you!
I lovvvvvvvve that first shot … so sweet ~ so magnificent!
Sarah and Michael took their shared love of the snow to a whole new level …
from soiree productions in utah …
This bride and groom decided to celebrate their wedding in Park City, Utah. Both are from San Francisco but the bride grew up skiing in Deer Valley while the groom grew up snowboarding in Tahoe. She a skier and he a snowboarder ~ they embarked on a perfectly themed winter celebration with a customized logo. The guests escort cards resembled lift tickets; widget and all!
The bride and groom wanted to be sure to share the fresh snow with their guests. Everyone either skied or snowboarded throughout the weekend. Some guests went snowshoeing and others toured the area on a horse and sleigh. The week leading up to the wedding brought lots of fresh snow then magically the sun shined making it easy to travel. It was important to the bride and groom to share the place they call home when they can sneak away from the busy life-style they lead in San Francisco.
Married under a chuppah, their marriage was blessed in front of 280 of their closest friends who traveled to this snowy destination.
The evening was elegant with a four-course dinner and live music. The ballroom was decorated in navy blue and copper accents. The beautiful floral decor from StellaPosy kept things chic and simple; a lounge lamp surrounded by white and yellow parrot tulips, peonies, and blue hydrangea. A few aspen logs and lots of candle light topped off the tables to ensure the “rustic elegance”.
This ski inspired celebration captured the bride and groom’s love for each other, Park City, and winter.
