I am sucker for pretty things. Clearly, or else I wouldn’t get so ridiculously excited every time I get to feature a shoot as gorgeous as this one. And although it isn’t exactly a wedding, I thought that it was PERFECT inspiration for the Style Me Pretty bride. Incredible details, off the chart styling, a color palette that is effortlessly gorgeous and fashion that may not be traditional, but that certainly makes you smile. Designed and photographed by Jill Thomas, and styled by Amorology Weddings, this shoot is all goodness.
From Jill Thomas and Amorology Weddings…
The Inspiration: This is a vintage inspired shoot. Using an old bridal magazine, vintage attire, record player, and even a couple vintage chairs But we wanted to take it further with a vintage inspired shoot that captured an element of beauty and elegance at the same time.
The Attire: Our inspiration would be that each couple is wearing their original wedding attire to remember their wedding day. We wanted the attire to be done in a more fun, casual way than your standard wedding fashion. What would you do if you could retake your photos after one year? The actual attire is all second hand. Vintage suits on the men. One of the brides is wearing a current anthropologie shrug.
