Vantage Point Productions: A Story About Love

Last night I read a post on Vantage Point's blog. It is a piece about the up-side and down-side of being in the wedding film industry. A Story About Love (by Laura) is about a very special group of people ... their fellow wedding filmmakers. These guys spend much of their lives editing and creating true cinematic movies that will live on ~ not just in the homes of their clients ~ but in their own hearts as well! Laura talks about how crazy wedding cinematographers must be to do what they do. [You'll need to read the post to see what she says.] But the crux of the article is that it all boils down to their love of their field. That passion that begins with one huge mass of unedited film and winds up being a magical movie of one-of-a-kind moments and memories. It's REALLY worth the read: A Story About Love.

And to illustrate this passion that goes into their filmmaking, we have a true ~ take your breath away ~ highlight film that Steve and Laura sent in. In their words, "a luscious, vintage, super 8mm intro ... then it's off to a thoroughly modern, sexy, diamond encrusted wedding day spectacular!" Combing these two cinematic styles is quite positively THE way to go!

Admittedly, Mindy & Brian's wedding day not only takes your breath away, the ceremony footage definitely will bring a tear to your eye!

Our thanks to Laura & Steve at Vantage Point Productions for proving the point ...
