We have so much wedding goodness coming up on SMP today…starting with this incredibly charming navy blue and yellow affair. This particular color palette has been a huge hit in the past (remember Laura and Brad’s amazing wedding?) so I wanted to pass along this little gem with the hopes that you would find lots of steal-worthy ideas that you could apply to your own big day.
The wedding took place at the Tapestry House in Ft. Collins, Colorado and was sent to us by Cori Cook who decked the place out in some of the most charming flowers a girl could want. Totally approachable, sweet and utterly chic. Love that.
From Cori Cook…
Jenn and Adam’s Wedding was an absolute blast to work on. Not only are they amazing people, but they just had so much fun with their wedding. Jenn’s wedding colors were navy, white, and yellow. We used lemons, billy balls, roses, hydrangea, and orchids as signature flowers for her wedding, while also incorporating a navy and white striped ribbon where ever we could. She did an amazing job of stylizing her wedding with DIY ideas!
We used her grandmother’s antique earrings as brooches on her bridal bouquet. To top it off, Jenn baked each of her vendors cookies and wrote thank you notes to each of us! How thoughtful!
The photographer behind these gorgeous images is Becky Young, who also happened to fall head over heels for this wedding. Becky’s blog is choc-a-block full of fun details that we haven’t shown here, as well as a quick behind the scenes take on the day. Lovely, all together lovely.
Thank you so much, Cori, for sending this little chunk of heaven our way. The bride and groom are literally glowing with a joy that is completely contageous. We have so much more eye candy on the way today!
