It’s hard to find the right words to say just how much I love this next post. It’s simply awesome, that’s all there is to it. Carter and Cook Event Company recently partnered up with Elizabeth Seaton of Posh Paperie to design two different tablescapes just for SMP readers. Yep, couture designs made especially for you.
And in a word, they are STUNNING. Here is the first, a jewel toned vintage table inspired by all things gorgeous…
From the Carter and Cook Event Design…
This tablescape is fun, vibrant and bright, yet has a vintage feel. We used an old shutter for the base of the centerpieces, which were old depression glass vases founds in local antique stores. We used vibrant shades of green, orange and raspberry to create a “pop” against the natural backdrop. Posh Paperie designed pop out menus with a colorful vintage theme to compliment the look of the table. Old vintage hats, spectacles and cigar boxes were also found at the antique stores. The water glasses are from Anthropologie, and the bright floral printed napkins were found at Pier One.
