Today’s wedding is a lesson in all things chic. And, as the day turned into evening, if it’s possible…it got even better.
Here are some of the vendors that Jennifer and Christian worked with to design their dream wedding…
Venue & Caterering by Torre Amat, Dessert/Cake by Oriol Balaguer, Letterpress by the bride’s own company, Pigweed Press, Photography by Yvonne Wong, Coordinating by Gordan Hall and Veil by Twigs and Honey.
I’ve asked the fabulous Jennifer to tell us a little more about her letterpress studio, Pigweed Press, as those stationery details that we featured earlier were AMAZING.
“Since I do mostly custom work at the moment, my aesthetic and style can definitely vary (I strive for versatility). However, I do tend towards clean designs in either modern or traditional styles. My invitations are a good example of this but this time, mixing both modern and traditional (which Barcelona seems to have a lot of). Or rather reinterpreting the traditional in a more modern way.
The motif is supposed to evoke tilework which Spain has a lot of. But I wanted to make sure it wasn’t too literal and kept things sparse and clean. I threw in a (less conventional) script font as a throwback to tradition and counter balanced it with a really clean sans serif. We chose oranges because it was a fall weather and the green-blues to compliment it.”
SO, so lovely.
