We are so excited and honored to be guest blogging on Style Me Pretty! Bliss Event Group is a full-service wedding production firm with an office in the Florida Panhandle as well as a brand new office in North Carolina. I will be sharing two of my personal favorite weddings, Natalie + Beau and Laura + Matt. Both are polar opposites in style with one big thing in common: each couple boldly told their love story through their design and décor choices. The result: pure Bliss!

Natalie wanted her super-stylish soiree to highlight her fun and fresh bridal style. Natalie’s loves: hot pink, lush modern tropical flowers, lime green, lots of color, overflowing food, belly dancers, fabulously fun drinks, and....drum roll...leopard print! Take any of those elements one step too far and you have veered into Tacky Land. Here is the inspiration board that we used to create her one-of-a-kind glam wedding.

One reason I love this wedding so much is Natalie’s bold bridal style. She was in love with these earrings. Most girls pick demure jewelry as not to distract from their already radiant beauty. Natalie was completely unafraid and confident. Not many people can rock accessories like this, but she proved that if you stick to your guns and hold true to your personal style you can really pull off anything!

And the finished look: To keep the bold colors and prints controlled we used a base color of chocolate brown and told a graduating color story throughout the evening. The wedding started in neutrals and greens and moved into deeper, brighter sunset and jewel tones as the celebration progressed.
