How To Celebrate Fall with Your Best Girlfriends

There's really no cozier time of year than fall to gather around a pretty table and get your party on. Warm plaid throws, copper mugs filled with cider (plus donuts!), and of course, gorgeous blooms to boot. From Harlowe James... A few months ago Torrey and I thought it would be really fun to get a group of girls together and dress up in our favorite fall clothes for an outdoor breakfast get together. We wanted everything to feel laid back, but have a festive fall vibe to get everyone excited about this magical time of year. The menu consisted of warm apple cider in copper mugs, bourbon bundt cake and cinnamon donuts. The table was topped with floral arrangements consisting of gorgeous dahlias, roses and eucalyptus in warm hues which were set in rustic wood vase holders to add nice texture. Florals add so much color to a table that everything else needed to be pretty neutral. I like to layer unexpected items as well like an orange plaid blanket set at a diagonal and apple buckets tipped over for a more organic approach.
