Pretty Plates + A Two-Piece Dress Make This Tropical Shoot A Must-See

Can I register for these plates by Adelfa, pretty, pretty please? I'm obsessed! But while the tableware may have initially drawn me in, this dress, Meant To Be Calligraphy flourishes, and all the beauty created by FourNineteen Weddings is what has kept me in this Vault gallery for the past severals hours (no joke!). So, thank you Audra Wrisley for capturing it all and making this Tuesday a whole lot better - we owe ya'!

From Audra Wrisley... Inspired by the local flora and fauna in Costa Rica, this wedding inspiration shoot was set at the Andaz Peninsula Papagayo Resort, which provided a perfect backdrop for our modern and organic shoot. The resort is located in one of Costa Rica's most alluring areas; nestled on the Culebra Bay in the northern province of Guanacaste.

Complementing the modern and eco-friendly design of the venue, the talented Barbara Broutin from FourNineteen Weddings opted to use sea glass toned colors and geometric lines for the florals and design aesthetic. Elky Suarez custom designed an incredible two-piece, lace and silk bridal gown in soft ivory and blush, which was the perfect focal point for the shoot. The designers at Artflower opted for exotic orchids to decorate the tablescape and ceremony site, and created a flawless cascading bouquet for our model. The hand-painted plates by Adelfa were also custom created for the occasion, inspired by the shapes and colors native to the Guanacaste area.

We soaked up the last few minutes of daylight on the resort's deserted beach in one of Costa Rica's infamous sunsets.

More tropical inspiration this way!
