From Juliet Events... The most special detail for us was Meaghan's brother Danny escorting her from her room to the middle of the bridge (it's called the Wishing Bridge). Her father was waiting for her there and walked her the rest of the way to the altar. It was especially touching for us since we know the family so well.

From The Bride... After deciding eloping was not going to thrill our families, we wanted to create a magical wedding weekend which would be timeless and exude our love and gratitude for each other, our family and our friends. Accepting that by nature, a wedding itself is not ‘unique' , we wanted to focus on something a little out of the ordinary. It was very important that we create an experience for everyone. We were so happy that our parents, and wedding party loved the idea of a destination wedding, especially after the consideration of back to school, vacations and everyones day-to-day life. We got engaged at Reverie Winery in the Napa Valley the year before. We truly loved and appreciated the atmosphere. The farm-to-table food, the wine, the personality, ambiance, and coming from New Jersey, the near guarantee of no rain! The feeling we experience on our visits to Napa Valley is unparalleled. It is elegant without being stuffy, community spirited and just special. We never actually considered anywhere else. Every detail of the day is a favorite, from the insane amount of getting ready food (I can’t handle the thought of anyone going hungry) to discovering the arch chandelier actually worked to pulling bobby pins out of my hair at 2 am to seeing the beautiful flowers re-arranged for brunch the next morning. However if I had to choose one, it would be how we chose to remember my mother. It was incredibly important that her memory be incorporated into our day. Angela's suggestion of reserving a chair for her was so fitting. Once we thought to have a replica of her wedding bouquet on the chair, it seemed such a celebratory way to honor her memory, and made me feel like she really was a part of our wedding. Finding out the Jeff said holy sh*t when he saw me (which I pray makes it into the video); aside from that, I think a favorite memory would have to be the blessing and toast. My Aunt Sheila's blessing was a beautiful tribute to our future, and those before us. My brother Danny's toast, despite his months of preparation, he finished writing it the day before in his welcome bag notebook! He was an absolute comedian, and we adored his delivery! From tears to giggles, the raw emotion and happiness felt in those moments will stay in our hearts forever. It truly embodied the experience we want for our guests, an amazing weekend filled with love, laughter, memories and creating new ones.
