Rustic Elegant Williamsburg Winery Wedding

Although this day took place on a sweet summer day, I'm loving everything about it for fall. The warm browns paired with ivory florals and soft green dusty miller, the rustic winery setting, barrels scattered about and log detailing—it's all sooo very cozy. There's so much loveliness layered into the imagery from Katie Delorme and I have a feeling it'll do a number on your heartstrings.

From the beautiful Bride...Our perfect wedding vision is elegant, french garden. Three unique details what we infused in our décor was 1.) Sweetheart table - farm table made by my father 2.) Arbor made by my father and mother 3.) Vintage books - Chris's grandmothers books who could not be a the wedding. My most memorable moment was when my father lifted my veil to give me away and seeing my soon to be husbands face gleaming with joy.

The Beatles - I Will was our first song. Our menu consisted of Southern Pickled Shrimp, Virginia Ham and Caramelized Onion Tart, Herb Crusted Goat Cheese, Baked Brie with Danish Bleu, Elegant Crudite' with Hummus; Moroccan Lamb Lollipops, Grass Fed Angus Tenderloin, Cider Brined & Roasted Turkey, Stuffed Baby Red Potatoes, Grilled Spring Vegetables, Wild Caught Virginia Rockfish, Silver Dollar Crab Cakes, Summer Pasta, and Smoked Whole Fish; 4 tier cake (Raspberry w/ lemon curd (2 layers) and Chocolate w/ salted Caramel (2 tiers); French Macaroons.

The Sweet heart table was the only DIY item I did; Mr. & Mrs. signs, Arbor w/ draped vines, topiary on cocktail tables, Guest Table picture frame w/ names; flower pots around arbor and at front of Isle; etc. So much more, but these are just a few things off the top of my head.

My advice to future couples is to stay organized; double/ triple check all of your final contracts / invoices; Remember the only thing that matters is saying I DO to the love of your life!!!

My favorite element of the wedding day was the broach on my bouquet (Grandmother on father's side that passed away last year); mother / grandmother (mother's side) made my garter and grandmother (mothers side) gave me a wish bone pin that was hers since she was a small girl with a blue ribbon that was pinned on the garter to be my something blue

My favorite part of the planning process: Collaborating with my mother to bring my "perfect vision" to life.
