From Olivia Leigh Photographie...Jen and Steve had one of the most spectacular weddings I have ever seen. With the help of Botanicals/HMR Designs Jen and her family pulled off some of the most jaw-dropping designs, with large swaths of fabric in an ombre palette stretching over the ceiling of their unique loft space, a circular draped chuppah, and long feasting tables with stunning ombre flowers from end to end. While the aesthetics were not to be missed, the true noteworthy aspects of the celebration was the spirit between Jen and Steve. In over 120 weddings, I don't think I've ever seen a couple laugh and have so much pure fun together as a couple as these two. Their warm spirits and playful energy were evident throughout the day, from Steve infusing his signature humor into the first look through playful glances at the ceremony to uproarious toasts at the reception. The whole event was also filled with many surprises, from pink sugar rimmed signature cocktails to a "real world" style video confessional, the Chicago Bulls announcer "announcing" each bridesmaid and groomsman into the reception to a surprise treat for Steve (an Ohio native), in the form of skyline chili from Cincinnati. All together this was an absolutely amazing event on both a personal and visual level!
