Elegant Wedding Inspiration at a Centuries-Old Château in the Outskirts of Paris

Today's wedding inspiration is a tale as old as time. Two lovers tie the knot at a centuries-old château in the outskirts of Paris, built with grand balls in mind. It's basically the elegant, understated version of a Disney princess wedding - and we're obsessed. The design by Opaline Paris blends old-world European elements with modern spirit, leaving no detail left unturned. Step back in time and watch the fairytale unfold at the full gallery, captured to perfection by Kristin Sautter!
From Kristin Sautter... Set at the centuries-old Château de Baronville in the outskirts of Paris, this wedding editorial takes inspiration from French architecture, romance, and the grand soirées of a bygone age.
It is a timeless tale of d’amour with elegant inspiration for modern couples. Château de Baronville was built with grand balls in mind, and since the 17th century, it has welcomed a wealth of prestigious guests to celebrate under its soaring ceiling and sparkling chandeliers.
Leticia of Opaline Paris created this editorial as a homage to this rich history. This shoot tells a story of two lovers and their evening at a grand soirée—their own wedding, of course. With photography by Europe-based American photographer Kristin Sautter and florals by Floret, it blends old-world European elegance and soft hues with tender romance and a modern spirit.
