Luckily, we have this gorgeous shoot from Pure Luxe Bride allowing us to relive those first feelings of Fall all over again. There is so much goodness in this Southern editorial, bouquets in baskets from Petaloso, romantic boho hairstyles by Pampered and Pretty, stunning horses and even a serve yourself wheelbarrow bourbon bar! Check out the full gallery captured by The Happy Bloom and immerse yourself in sepia tones and all the warm, Fall vibes.
From The Happy Bloom... There is something romantic about the first touch of Fall. Cuddling under a blanket with the one you love until the sun sets on the horizon. The warming sensation of bourbon on the rocks. It all just feels like home. These are the emotions that we wanted to bring forward in this Autumnal inspiration shoot in historic Charleston, South Carolina.
From Pure Luxe Bride... We gained inspiration for this styled shoot from the natural elements of Middleton Plantation. We wanted to showcase a different space that isn't used as often, so we chose the stable yards as the perfect location. Middleton is for a bride that wants a more sophisticated feel but still incorporating southern elements.
The base of our color palette was a range of sepia tones with accents of rust and copper with masculine touches. We incorporated leather material, pampas grass, organic foliage, and wood accents. We wanted to take a simple southern style and refine it to create a more sophisticated look.
A wheelbarrow became the inspiration for a self-serve bourbon bar overflowing with florals. The bride's attire was a bohemian lace flutter sleeve dress with sleek black details and a wide brim felt hat. To escort guests to their table, we opted for vegetables from the garden in a tobacco basket for a fun twist on seating.
