Rustic Outdoor Pebble Beach Wedding

Set on the charming grounds of Monterey Peninsula Country Club is a wedding that'll speak to brides, no matter their style. From Photographer Clayton Austin... Working with the Hinton and Park families from Texas was a dream. Kathleen, the bride, had a very clear vision and she and Rob, the groom, worked very closely with us, along with the talented ladies at Fionna Floral, to design a wedding that was a current version of "rustic elegance." The goal was to cohesively infuse elegant floral with rustic texture, living plants and natural elements from the environment, to compliment the refined foundation that is Pebble Beach. We met regularly with Kathleen and Rob, remotely and in person, to look at specialty linens and furnishings and to play with floral elements and other fun and unique touches.

The ceremony space was framed by an amazing drift and birch wood arch, with a mix of vintage benches and farm chairs for seating. The dining tables were adorned with a mix of floral and hard elements, such as stumps, mercury glass container, air plants, succulents and floral. Each table had it own special configuration of all these elements. Guests were treated to an abundance of delectable food stations with everything from comfort food to elegant displays and a dessert bar you'd see at an amusement park. The overall feel was comfortable and relaxed, rustic elegance - just as Kathleen and Rob intended.
