Elegant Winter Wedding Inspiration

Jones captured an elegant assortment of the most gorgeous florals and rich textiles. From Kruse & Vieira Events... We put this styled shoot together for the photographers attending Bayside Workshop to shoot. We aimed to create a design that would excite and inspire the Workshop attendees as they work to build their portfolios and hone their skills.
For this styled shoot, we sought to create that calm, leisurely feeling one gets looking out across misty winter fields while sitting inside cozied up with loved ones. We found color inspiration from the soft gray winter sky pulling in silver, gray, and ivory in natural linens, organdy cloth, and a stunning organza gown from Garnish Boutique. The floral arrangements from Petal and Print provide contrast to the soft table linens by adding a textural element. The individual floral arrangements work together to create one larger focal point with vintage brass candlesticks and taper candles peeking through. We wanted a luxe dessert to satisfy both savory and sweet tooth’s alike that would encourage guests to linger, slowly sipping on their choice of port from the port wine bar. The paper suite designed by Kruse and Vieira Events with calligraphy by Poppy and Scooter continued the soft and comfortable feel with vintage stamps and wax seal. Timeless details such as hand lettered accents by Poppy and Scooter, ornate mantle by Something Vintage Rentals, vintage decanters, and antique silver flatware add a feel of elegance. The blend of delicate colors, unique textures, and enduring classic elements coalesced to create a relaxed yet refined winter wedding.
