Portland, Oregon Wedding Film from Ambient Sky Couture Imagery
If you know anything about the LBB Blog, it's that every weekend, we shout from the rooftops about how much we love our cinematographers. And today, we have lots of wedding ground to cover- with a Trailer AND a LOVE STORY from Ambient Sky. But, before we get to that, our weekly reminder that... bare minimum, you ladies and gents should be watching wedding films every single day 'til you find the style that you're going to chose for your own wedding film. Time's have a'changed. No longer is it "if" you will have a filmmaker. It's "who" it will be. When all is said and done and the magnificent day is over (happy tears and all), your wedding film will be your most cherished possession. Your filmmaker will have created a Wedding Story - starring you, your friends and family - your vows, the loving toasts, your promises of love forever and ever (amen)! Your cinematographer will be recording those words of devotion, the very words that will carry you through a lifetime of happiness - in good times and in bad. We are passionate about a few things at Style Me Pretty - and hiring a cinematographer is one of those at the very top of our list. As Amanda at Ambient Sky says on their blog.... "... this is it... you don't get any do-overs... " It's 2013 my friends. A wedding film is not an extra. It's a requirement! PS... make sure you put Ambient Sky at the top of your list to get to know! Their film style will captivate you... we're sure.

From Amanda of Ambient Sky... Yascha is a musician so music played a big part in their day. Yascha wrote and recorded a song for Ali to walk down the aisle to and they had four different live music options throughout the day - The Sellwood String Quartet, Mariachi Viva Mexico, The Kung Pao Chickens, and De La Warr. Also, the groomsmen sang a very special song for the recessional as a surprise to all!
This couple met through friends and spent a short time flirting with each other over games on their phones. But as one date developed into another, they soon realized their love was all that mattered. They soon realized that this beautiful wedding was their destiny.

It's a little longer, but hey, what-the-hey -- it's Saturday! Take a few more minutes and see what a "Love Story" for your guests could do for the day. Most filmmakers have same day edit options. This pre-filmed Love Story is also a terrific idea!
