You know what really sets my heart a flutter? Couples that take their day and stamp it completely and whole heartedly with their personalities. Case in point, this glazed donut and coral peony infused affair that's about as bright and fabulous as they come. It's the flower musings of Branch Designs mixed with the oh so pretty and southern backdrop of Magnolia Plantation and Gardens and the pitch perfect snapshots by dove + sparrow Photography. From Dove + Sparrow... The couple live in New York City, but they decided to meet their families half-way in Charleston at the Magnolia Plantation Gardens. Skyler worked on much of the details herself, incorporating rustic details with pops of bright vibrant colors. The guests enjoyed southern comfort foods including fried chicken, collard greens, and local favorite shrimp and grits. Cocktail hour provided Spiked Arnold Palmers, Peach Mojitos, and Sangria guests enjoyed out of their Mason jars. The scenery provided more than beautiful weeping willow trees--a school of porpoises swam in the nearby inlet during the couples' vows. The night wrapped up with a sparkler send off to wish the couple well.
