From the Bride...Planning a wedding from Athens GA proved to be a challenge but with an amazing entrepreneurial family, it all came together. From the setup to the styling; each and every member of the family added their special touch to the day.
The cocktail reception was held under a beautiful sailcloth tent, and the dinner & dancing was in our fantastic barn! I wanted the classic New England wedding with a touch of elegance, and a splash of eclectic. I think we pulled it off perfectly! The Barn Setting was romantic and warm, and truly unique. Small southern touches were added to the menu and bar selections - a nod to our new southern home. The girls wore all different dresses in shades of pinks and peach, stunning! The guys....all in black with champagne ties & suspenders handsome as ever! The paper goods such as menu, table numbers, calling cards, etc. were all done on our own which made it even more special.
From the cookie bar, to the cake, to the seven piece band from Boston the day was just right out of a movie. It rained the entire day (typical New Hampshire...the weather changes every five minutes) but we didn't let it get us down. It truly was the fairy tale wedding every girl dreams of!
